Herbal tinctures may be used to supplement diet and to aid in general wellbeing. These can be taken by mouth, usually under the tongue or dropped into your favorite beverage; water, tea, coffee, etc.
Depending on the taste (some herbal preparations can be quite strong tasting, so this may dictate how you will take the preparation.
