Arnica Flower

Arnica is a herb that comes from the Arnica Montana flower, which is grown in North America, Siberia and central Europe. Arnica has been used as an herbal remedy since the 1500's. Arnica is widely known for it's topical uses, and may have several healing properties for the skin. Modern uses of arnica include the treatment of muscle pain (myalgia), joint pain (arthralgia), inflammation and bruising.
