Apricot Seed

Found inside the apricot pit, apricot seeds are rich in vitamin E, protein, fiber and amygdalin, which may have anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting effects. They look a lot like almonds. Caution: the seeds also contain cyanide, which can be toxic in high doses, so they must be consumed with care, and in moderation.
